As soon as we receive your watch we will call or email you to confirm its safe delivery

Once it has been booked in we will take it over to our secure workshop and open it up

We then replace the existing battery with a Swiss made Renata Battery – these are recognized by most in the industry as the most reliable and safe battery available to use.

We also check all the parts in the movement and make sure that everything is working as it should

We then ultrasonically clean the Case and the Bracelet

Next we polish and clean your watch – again only using the prescribed cleaning solutions and mops and polishes

Once that is complete we then Test the Water Resistancy of your Watch

The next 24-48 hours are then spent testing and making sure your watch is working properly

With all these procedures carried out, 9 out of 10 watches are completed and end up looking virtually brand new

With the service and testing complete, we then return your watch to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery

To use our service all you need to do is wrap your watch up in Bubble Wrap or Tissue and put it in a jiffy bag and take it to your local Post Office and ask them to send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured to £2500) to our address.
