Shipping & Returns & Delivery Policy

To send your watch to us, all you need do is:

  1. Wrap it up in loads of bubble wrap
  2. Put it in a padded envelope or Jiffy Bag
  3. Take it down to your local post office and ask them to send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery – insured to £2500

DON’T FORGET TO ENCLOSE A NOTE WITH YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS AND TEL NUMBER – THIS IS SO WE CAN CALL YOU AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES HERE SAFELY.

Once we have completed the work we will let you know and return your watch using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase therefore:

We offer a no quibble guarantee – if you are unhappy with any part of our service, call us and let us know, and we will do all we can put it right.

If you are still unhappy then we will refund you in full.

All of the work we do is covered with a One year warranty.

 

Delivery Policy

Once we have completed your watch repair service we will contact you and let you know your watch will be despatched from our secure workshop.

We always fully insure your watch and use Royal Mail Special Delivery who will guarantee Next day delivery
